Start Service
Call us at (888) 835-4672 and we can help you set up service. You’ll need your account number, meter number or the name the account is currently in at your new location. Find more information at Start, Stop, Move Service.

Create Your Online Account
Once you’ve contacted us to start service, you can create an online account and manage your bill, see your usage, and subscribe to outage notifications and usage summary emails.
Sign up for Text Alerts and Download the GMP app
Easily manage your GMP account with the GMP app or by using Alexa! You can also sign up for Text alerts that let you know about storms, outages, and power restoration updates.
