COLCHESTER, Vt. – Green Mountain Power (GMP) is reminding customers that they’re invited to join GMP’s Integrated Resource Plan meeting on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. live on the GMP Facebook page. It is a chance to hear about our work, ask questions and share ideas as GMP writes a new Integrated Resource Plan (IRP). Every three years, GMP is required to file an IRP with the Public Utility Commission (PUC) which is a plan to continue providing cost-effective, reliable power. The plan covers a wide range of topics including system resiliency, storm restoration, power supply, and innovative projects. The IRP will be filed with state regulators in December 2021.
